By accessing and using the services of Glamroyal Events ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Glamroyal Events provides premium event management, wedding planning, corporate events, and styling services. All event concepts, designs, and executions remain the intellectual property of Glamroyal Events until full payment is received.

3. Bookings and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and booking.
The full remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date, as specified in your individual contract.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.
Any additional services requested on the day of the event will be billed separately.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

In the event of a cancellation by the client, the initial deposit remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may incur further charges to cover materials or services already procured on your behalf.

5. Liability

While we strive to provide a flawless experience, Glamroyal Events shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including extreme weather, natural disasters, or venue-related issues.

6. Photography and Use of Media

We reserve the right to use photographs and videos taken at your event for promotional purposes on our website and social media, unless you explicitly request a non-disclosure agreement prior to the event.
